Once we understand your goals, we’ll estimate your borrowing power and projected repayments.
To do this accurately, we’ll need you to share your personal and financial details for our team to review.
From there, we’ll match you with a suitable lender and prepare a strong loan application on your behalf. Loan approval typically takes between two to twelve business days, depending on the lender’s workload and the complexity of your application.
We stay in contact with the lender throughout the process to ensure your application is assessed as efficiently as possible.
Your borrowing capacity is calculated by looking at all sources of income, then we minus all expenses. We can use whats left to service the new loan. Your exact figures will be provided on your discovery call.
Most lenders require you to have a minimum deposit of 5% – 10% of the purchase price, plus enough savings to cover your purchasing costs (eg. stamp duty and conveyancing).

We review all of our clients' home loans at least once a year. If we believe a better rate is available, we’ll contact the bank on your behalf to negotiate. Additionally, we’ll ensure that your current loan product still meets your needs.
